5. Data Analysis Demo

The website includes a demo that analyses a CSV or Excel file you can upload. Regarding this feature:

  • The file is not stored. It is processed in memory to generate the charts and comments, and discarded afterwards. We keep neither its contents nor the results.
  • To write the comments we send OpenAI only an aggregated statistical summary — averages, counts and most frequent categories — never the rows of the file. Even so, we recommend not uploading personal or confidential data.
  • To prevent abuse we limit the number of analyses per day. To do so we store only a hashed code derived from your IP address, which expires automatically after 24 hours and cannot be used to identify you or to recover the original address. We never keep the IP in plain text.

We do not share, sell, or transfer your personal data to third parties, except:

  • When necessary to comply with legal obligations
  • To protect our legitimate rights
  • With your explicit consent
  • With the providers required to deliver the service, as described in section 5
